The pledge

A Billion Small Steps pledge

Use this pledge when you add your patch. It keeps the movement simple and action-oriented.

Step 1

Take at least one small step to support pollinators (even a pot counts).

Step 2

Avoid pesticides where possible.

Step 3

Share and invite others to join.

Optional

Keep blooms going from spring through fall.

Confirm your pledge

What counts

Any patch is a real contribution

A patch can be big or small. The point is participation and continuity.

Balcony or window box

A pot of native flowers on a balcony or a window box with blooms.

Garden bed or border

A small garden bed or strip with flowers and shelter.

Schoolyard or community site

A shared planting that adds blooms and habitat.

If you are not planting yet, you can still pin your pledge and add your first step later.
