You're Not Alone
Mental health struggles among youth are more common than ever, but stigma and silence still keep too many students from reaching out. This campaign is about changing that—one card, one story, and one student at a time.
Why This Matters
The Defining Issue of a Generation
Students across North America are facing an unprecedented youth mental health crisis, yet many suffer in silence. Despite increased awareness, meaningful support still feels out of reach for too many.
The You’re Not Alone campaign gives youth something simple but powerful: a sense of connection, real tools they can use, a platform to speak up, and a model to transform school culture. We believe that one student with the right words at the right time can change someone’s life.
Led by students at Metro Prep, this campaign is about breaking those barriers with empathy, awareness, and real, actionable tools.
